论集聚与分散相结合原理在产业发展中的应用 ——以xx国家生态工业（示范）园区为例 摘要：在当今的世界经济发展中，由产业集聚形成大量颇具竞争力的经济群落，它吸引并粘附着流动着的财富。一个国家或区域竞争力关键往往由集聚而形成的产业集群所支撑。产业集聚在带动区域经济的同时其身后还隐藏着一些问题，某些产业集群在促进区域经济高速发展的同时付出了资源过度消耗和环境污染严重的重大代价。因此集聚模式的选择应立足于本企业所在地的区域优势和特色产业，应该具有自己的特色。而在我国建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的过程中，产业集聚不仅应具有产生巨大的经济效益的作用，减少和控制环境负效应的产生也应是其重要部分。本文通过对xx国家生态工业（示范）园区的研究，运用产集聚与分散的原理分析其作为我国第一个生态园区对于当地的经济影响和环境影响，希望能够供我国其它高能耗高污染产业参考。 关键字：产业集聚 循环经济 资源配置 经济活动 分散 生态工业园 Abstract: In todays world economic development ,a large number of competitive competitive economic communities are formatted by industrial clustering ，which attracted and adhered the flow of wealth . the industry cluster is often the key support to the competitive of a country or region Industries cluster promotes the development of the regional economy，but there are a number of problems hidden behind at the same time 。 some industrial clusters promotes the rapid economic development in the region and at the same time at the sacrifice of the excessive consumption of resources and serious environmental pollution 。 Therefore the choice of aggregation model should be based on the location of the business advantages and the characteristics of regional industries should have its own characteristics.
