中文摘要犯罪行为是社会（或社会的某一部门）认定没有好处并且违反法律、法规等的非法行为。在很多情况下，暴力犯罪是由于情绪和感情失控所致，比如大多数谋杀源自谋杀者和受害者之间长期异常紧张的感情关系。但是大量的犯罪无疑有其经济根源，特别诸如非法物品的交易这类情况，对于这些类型的犯罪活动，经济分析能很好地分析犯罪人的犯罪动机。因此本文用经济分析，并与其它社会科学相结合，重点阐述犯罪及其防范的经济问题。关键词：犯罪成本；犯罪动机；犯罪防范；经济分析ABSTRACTCrime is an illegal way which the society or part of the society affirm that has no benefit and break the law.
