合页冲压工艺分析及模具设计 摘 要 简述了冲压工艺分析的一般工艺流程，以及冲压模具设计的基本思路。本文主要对合 页的加工工艺进行分析及模具设计，其中包括卷圆、弯曲、冲裁的工艺分析，以及相应工 步模具的设计。在设计中采用冲孔、切边、卷圆、弯曲、落料等工艺。分析了工件的冲压 工艺性；计算了毛坯排样、冲压力、刃口尺寸计算等；进行了模具零件的计算和选择,以 及总体结构、主要零部件的设计；并绘制了模具装配图和零部件图。这次设计应用本专业 所学课程的理论和生产实际知识进行一次冷冲压模具设计工作的实际训练从而培养和提 高学生独立工作能力，巩固与扩充了冷冲压模具设计等课程所学的内容。 关键词：合页，冲孔，卷圆，弯曲，落料 Stampingprocess analysis and mold design ofHinge  Abstract  In this paper，we analysis the stamping process on the general process, as well as the  stamping die design of the basic ideas. This paper mainly analysis the hinge analysis process and  die design, including deep roll round bending and blanking process technology , As well as the  die  of  corresponding    work  step  design  .In  the  design,  Punching,  trimming,  rolled round,  bending, dropping material and other processes are used. There are also analysis of the stamping  process of the workpiece; calculation of nesting rough, pressure, cutting the size calculation can  be seen; the calculation of the mold parts, as well as the overall structure and choice, the main  components of design are carried out, we draw the punching mold assembly drawings and parts  diagram. Thus the present paper applies this specialty to study the curriculum the theory and the  production know­how carries on a time cold stamping mold design work the actual training to  raise and to sharpen the student independent working ability, consolidated and expanded the  content which curricula and so on cold stamping mold design studied.  Key words:  hinge，punching，roll round，bending，blanking  第 1 章 绪论 1.1，冲压技术的概念 冲压加工因制件的形状、尺寸和精度的不同，改采用的工序也不同。根据材料的变形 特点可将冷冲压工序分为分离工序和成形工序两类。 分离工序——是指坯料在冲压力作用下，变形部分的应力达到强度极限  s b 以后，使坯料 发生断裂而产生分离。分离工序主要有剪裁和冲裁等。 成形工序——是指坯料在冲压力作用下，变形部分的应力达到屈服极限σs，但未达到强 度极限  s b ，使坯料产生塑性变形，成为具有一定形状、尺寸与精度制件的加工工序。成 形工序主要有
