xx工程大学本科生毕业论文 江铃汽车股份有限公司办公楼设计 院系名称：航天与建筑工程学院 专 业：土木工程 学 号： 学生姓名： 指导老师： 教授 摘 要 本为钢框架结构，主要进行了建筑、结构、基础部分的设计。 建筑部分：设计以使用功能为第一要务，同时满足坚固，实用，经济，美观的原则。设计中进行了建筑的平面、立面、剖面的设计， 结构部分：行向荷载恒荷载活荷载，计算内力。水平荷载主要计算地震荷载，计算时采取D值法计算内力。所有荷载手算后再用结构力学求解器进行验算，以提高计算的准确度。根据最不利内力组合取得各构件的最不利内力，进行各构件的截面设计和相应的连接设计。 基础部分：钢架柱下采用钢筋混凝土独立基础。根据最不利内力对基础的截面进行底面尺寸确定，基础高度确定，底板配筋计算。ABSTRACT This project is the design of an office building for Jiangling Motors Co.Ltd.The construction site is in Nanchang city, of which the seismic fortification intensity is 6 degree.It is a 11-floor office building of steel framework structure. The design mainly contains design of architecture, structure and the foundation. Architectural design: The primary task of a design for a office building is to meet the function need, and at the same time meet the principles of firmness, utility, economy, and aesthetic. The design of a construction plane, elevation, section design, mainly to solve the problem of construction layout and elevation modeling,and architecture lighting, ventilation, insulation and related to detail design and calculation. Structural design: First primaries the cross-section and then calculate the internal force under vertical load and horizontal load. The vertical load includes dead load and live load. Stratified method is used to calculate the internal force. The main horizontal load is the seismic load and the wind load , and the calculation method to calculate the internal force is D-value method. After hand counted, all loads is calculated in structural mechanics solver to check in order to improve the accuracy of the calculation. According to the most disadvantaged combination of internal forces, the most disadvantaged internal force of the components is obtained, and cross-section design of the component and the design of the corresponding connections is carried out.
