烧结厂环冷小车自动控制系统 摘 要 工控自动化技术作为20世纪现代制造领域中的最重要的技术之一，主要解决生产效率与一致性问题。目前，我国工业控制自动化技术、产业和应用都有了很大的发展，我国工业计算机系统行业已经形成。工业控制自动化技术正向智能化、网络化和集成化方向发展。 本文应用S7-300PLC、WCC组态软件通过对烧结厂环冷小车自动控制系统的设计，实现环冷小车的自动定位、自动开关阀，并通过人性化智能设置使操作方式灵活、方便。 论文首先对烧结厂环冷小车自动控制系统的工艺流程进行了简要的介绍，然后分别对系统的下位机和上位机的设计研发过程作了较为详细的讲解，控制系统的软件设计采用模块化的设计思想，上位机采用组态软件WCC v6.0进行软件集成，用于提供直观友好的人机界面；下位机PLC负责现场数据的采集和控制，采用STEP 7进行编程。 关键词：PLC，WCC，自动定位，自动开关阀，人性化智能设置 Abstract Industrial control automation technology as one of the most important technologies in the field of modern manufacturing in the 20th century, mainly settles production efficiency and consistency. At present, Chinas industrial control automation technology, industry and applications have developed fast. Our industrial computer systems industry has been formed. The industry control automation technology is developing to the intellectualization, the network and the integrated direction. The automatic control system of the small car of circulating cooling in sintering factory is designed in this article by S7-300PLC, the WinCC configuration software. It realizes the car of circulating cooling automatic positioning, automatically switching the valve, and the intelligence establishment causes the operating mode to be convenient and nimble. The paper briefly introduces the technological process of the automatic control system of the small car of circulating cooling in sintering factory. Then it detailedly introduces design and development of the upper controller and the lower controller of the system. The software design of control system uses modularization frame ideology. The upper computer adopts configuraton software WinCC v6.0 to carry out software integration in order to provide intuitionistic and friendly human-machine interface. The lower computer uses software STEP 7 to program PLC in order to collect the locale data, filter noise and feed back control.
