柴油机油液分析与故障诊断 摘要 机械设备状态监测及预知维修技术是机械设备现代管理的主要内容。随着现代生产的高速发展，其重要性也日益突显。现代生产的连续性和自动化特点，对机械设备的安全可靠运行提出了更高的要求，要求机械设备不出现故障，如果有故障隐患能够及时发现，及早采取有效措施，不至于发生大的事故。铁路机车就是具有这一特点的设备，所以开展机车柴油机的故障诊断具有积极的现实意义和经济效益。 在此次的毕业设计中，通过查阅大量的文献，从零开始学习在对油液分析技术基本了解的情况下，，以期能对机车安全状况做一个正确的判断。 关键词：柴油机;润滑油;磨损;光谱分析;铁谱分析 Diesel Engine Oil Analysis And Fault Diagnosis Abstract Mechanical device condition monitoring and preventative maintenance are the main content of modern management of machinery.With the rapid development of modern production，they become more and more important.There is a higher requirement for safe and reliable operation of mechanical equipment from the continuity and automation characteristics of modern production. It is required that mechanical equipment have to accident,hidden faults be discovered in time,effective measures be adopted early to avoid any major accident.Railway locomotives have such kinds of characteristics.It is therefore full of practical significance and ecnomic benefits to do fault diagnosis of locomotive diesel engines. In the graduation project, I adopted an extensive literature to understand methods, means and instruments and so on of the Diesel engine oil analysis from scratch, major learned the Advantages and disadvantages of ferrography and spectroscopy and their technical condition. After I have a basic understanding of the oil analysis, binding instance on oil analysis further learning and summary.
