浙江万里学院商学院毕业论文 题 目 商业企业资本结构与公司价值关系研究 学生姓名 学生学号 专业班级 指导教师 系 别 年 月 日 摘　　要 目前，公司的融资活动有很多方式，而多样性的融资方法决定了公司的资本结构的多样性，企业的资本结构能给公司的价值和行为规范带来有力的促进作用，所以很多学者积极的去研究企业资本结构理论。本文从风险和收益的视角方面分析了资本结构与公司价值的关系。首先介绍研究的理论基础知识，即风险及其它与收益之间的关系；然后在企业无所得税、有所得税和现实情况下分析了企业资本结构与公司价值的关系，得出了公司在一定条件下存在最优资本结构的结论。本文在最后还提出了一系列的改善企业资本结构的优化措施，希望借此改善我国企业的融资环境，增加公司的价值。 关键词：资本结构；风险；收益；价值 Abstract At present, the company there are many ways of financing activities, and the diversity of the financing method determines the diversity of the companys capital structure, enterprise capital structure can give a companys value and conduct a strong role in promoting, so many scholars actively to study the enterprise capital structure theory. In this paper, from the Angle of view of the risks and benefits in analysis of the relationship between capital structure and corporate value. First introduction to research the basic theory of knowledge, namely the relationship between the benefits and risks and other; Then in enterprise income tax, income tax and real case analysis of the relationship between enterprise capital structure and corporate value, the company exist in certain conditions is obtained the conclusion of the optimal capital structure. Is proposed in this paper and a series of measures to boost the enterprise capital structure optimization, hoping to improve the financing environment of enterprises in our country, increase the value of the company.
