摘 　要随着社会主义市场经济的发展，人们对供水质量和供水系统可靠性的要求不断提高；再加上目前能源紧缺，利用先进的自动化技术、控制技术以及通讯技术，设计高性能、高节能、能适应不同领域的恒压供水系统成为必然的趋势。提出利用压力反馈，PID控制，配以变频器、单片机、压力传感器等，根据管网的压力，通过变频器控制水泵的转速，从而使管网中的压力始终保持在合适的范围。本系统从变频调速恒压供水的特点及常用的控制策略、单片机及变频控制技术、单片机控制系统的组成、系统硬件的选型和连接、系统程序设计、PID控制等方面，做了细致的论述。变频调速恒压供水系统是采用交流变频调速技术和单片机技术实现自动给水的机电一体化供水系统。应用单片机技术，变频技术与机电泵组相结合，根据供水管网用水情况，调整水泵转速，实现全自动恒压供水，既高效又节能。解决了因楼层太高而导致压力不足及小流量时能耗大的问题。关键词：恒压供水;51单片机；压力传感器；PIDThe Design of The Constant Pressure Water Supply System Based on 51 SCMAbstractThe variable frequency constant pressure automation water supply system is the mechanical and electronic integration system that adopts the AC variable frequency speed governing and SCM technology to achieve automatic water supply.With the SCM technology, variable frequency technology and pump groups, the system adjust the speed of the pump and achieve the constant pressure water supply with high efficiency and energy saving according to the water consuming condition in the water flow pipe.This paper proposes a frequency control system solutions which is a closed loop PID system controlling the water supply pressure. This system realizes the switch between variable frequency and power frequency that makes the pump motor achieve soft start. This system has the characteristics of energy saving, good adjustment, high operation reliability and good control flexibility. This system adjusts the speed of the pump motor automatically according to the change of the water consuming condition of the flow pipe to keep the preset constant water pressure and required water flux. And send out a signal when the fire happens that makes pump motors to provide required water pressure. This system can be used in the residence community. It not only saves energy, but also has high security. The system has discussed in details the aspect about characteristics of variable-frequency constant-pressure water supply, common used control strategy, technical flow of water supply, SCM and variable frequency tech
