河南煤化集团安全文化定量研究及其改进方案设计（1.河南煤矿安全培训中心，2.）摘要：为探讨企业安全业绩与安全文化的关系，本论文运用现场调查分析、归纳总结以及安全文化定量测量系统，研究安全文化与安全业绩的联系。通过安全文化定量测量、安全理念定位研究以及安全文化外在表现形式分析得到，调研企业定量测量结果与近年来安全业绩基本一致，证实了安全文化对安全业绩的决定作用及影响趋势。通过对样本企业安全文化水平进行的排列，重点研究永煤集团得出，加入集团时间越早以及测量时间越晚，测量分数越高。并将集团公司安全文化核心内容总结为19大类29条，归纳为安全活动、传媒、悬挂张贴、板报、长廊街道、展室展厅六大类。参照安全文化32元素总结得出，集团安全理念不完善；进而，提出安全文化改善手段设计，即安全文化手册、行政手段、展板设计；提出将安全理念、安全标识、标准色应用于日用品、办公用品、工作服的提高安全文化水平的实用做法，进一步提高集团企业的安全文化与安全业绩，并可供其他企业参考借鉴。关键词：安全业绩，安全文化，关系，改善手段，设计Abstract：To investigate relationship between its safety performance and culture, this paper used such ways as site survey, summarized, and the quantitative measurement of safety culture to research the relationship of safety culture and performance. By ways of quantitative measurement of safety culture, location of safety concept and external manifestation of safety culture, it got that the result of quantitative measurement for this corporate was approximately consistent with safety performance in recent years, which confirmed that the decisive role of safety culture to safety performance as well as its performance trends. By the ways of putting in order in levels of safety culture of sample corporate, focusing on researching Yongmei Group, it has obtained that measurement score will be higher on the base of the earlier joining the group and the later measurement time. It summarized safety culture core of this company as 29 of 19 categories, grouped into six categories as security activities, media, hanging post, blackboard newspaper, promenade streets, galleries hall .With reference to 32 elements of safety culture, it got the conclusion that the Groups safety concepts are imperfect.
