Y系列封隔器设计 摘要：本文研究的封隔器是油气井作业中使用广泛的一种井下工具，其作用是 在油井深度方向实现分层作业。封隔器上的卡瓦锚定后起到支撑封隔器、锁定胶 皮筒的作用，其性能的好坏直接影响到油井的产量和生产安全。随着油气田开采 的深入，地层情况越来越复杂，分层作业越来越普遍，对封隔器的使用要求也越 来越高，封隔器系统失效的情况时有发生，给生产造成损失。 本文概述了油田常用的封隔器的类型、参数、命名及其工作原理；讨论了目 前封隔器所用的胶筒的发展现状；分析了卡瓦对套管的损坏机理，讨论了卡瓦齿 形对其受力的影响及对套管损坏的影响；分析了Y系列封隔器的工作原理以 及结构特征并对各重要零部件进行强度校核，进而完成对Y系列封隔器的设 计，得出结论。 Y系列型封隔器主要用于分层注水中，该型封隔器中设计的内锁紧机构， 实现了机构的重复坐封，提高了承压能力，采用的单向卡瓦结构，对注水工艺管 柱进行扶正和锚定，提高了传统的无卡瓦封隔器的承压能力与解封力。同时还采 用新型胶筒材料，能使密封元件更好耐高温、高压。因此该封隔器具有承压能力 高，使用寿命长，密封效果好，能够满足高压分注工艺要求。 关键词：封隔器；高压；注水；设计 The Design of Packer of Y Series form Abstract: Packer of this study is widely used in oil and gas wells operating a downhole tool, its role is to realize the depth direction in the well stratified operation.
