Methods: Through the instance analysis of Palm Diabetes Doctor and Welltang diabetes management App, data collection, data analysis, data result display and application of data results are analyzed and compared. Results: In the current stage, the data application of chronic disease management App has problems such as incomplete data collection and non-deep data analysis. Conclusion: In the future chronic disease management App will gradually become mature. The hardware and software shall be combined, multielement integration and analysis shall be introduced, data visualization effect shall be improved, the services shall be implemented online and offline, and finally more comprehensive application of the data shall be realized.
