对千岛湖饮用水污染治理政策的分析研究精品.docVIP

摘 要 千岛湖是我国重要的淡水湖资源，主要养育着长三角地区的人民，湖水非常清澈，但由于工业和旅游业带来了巨大的压力以及对水系统自身净化的错误评估再加上常规的维护力度不够，导致目前千岛湖的水污染逐渐加重。并且对于千岛湖这种筑坝蓄水形成的山地型深水人工水库来说，生态系统比较脆弱，一旦破坏将难以恢复。因此，针对千岛湖饮用水污染问题研究就显得十分必要而迫切，水污染作业现已引起了全人类的高度重视。而本文则根据当前国内外治理水污染的政策为铺垫，进而研究了无锡市的治理水污染的政策，其次在阐述了千岛湖目前的现状以及在治理水污染政策方面存在的不足以及相应的提出意见。 关键词：千岛湖；饮用水；水污染；治理；现状 Abstract The Qiandao Lake reservoir that is the XinAn River, the Yangtze River Delta region of Chinas largest freshwater lake and important water source. The upstream watershed of Qiandao Lake and XinAn River, Amamizu Xiumi, pleasant climate, livability, strategic position is very important, is the present stage of our country rare and need protection of water eco regions. Qiandao Lake the main river into the lake water quality excellent, the Qiandao Lake water quality in the lake to maintain good water quality in the lake in 2010, overall evaluation for the II class. Along with the increase of land contamination and water pollution load into the lake, XinAn River, the average concentration of major pollutants in river section increases slowly, Qiandao Lake nutrition index overall upward trend, the change of water quality is not optimistic. Because in the traditional development mode, control measures to curb pollution conventional alone, the total increase and water quality variation trend. And for the mountain type deep artificial reservoir formation of Qiandao Lake this damming, ecological system is fragile, once destroyed, it will be difficult to restore. Therefore, the problem of water pollution of Qiandao Lake drinking is very necessary and urgent work, water pollution has caused great attention of the whole human. This paper is based on the current domestic and foreign water pollution control policy pave the way, water pollution control and research of Wuxi city policy, then describes the present situation and existed in the Qiandao Lake water pollution control policy problems and corresponding suggestions.
