In the new period， the staff thought the diversified development trend， and want to advance with the times， play the greatest potential of employees， to create the highest profit to the enterprise， difficult to manage an unprecedented always a test of the comprehensive quality of the managers the ability to want to do， need to have a set of careful comprehensive plans and ancillary to the effective action， as the extent of its complex and difficult as any enterprise management problem.
