摘要 材料冷冲压加工是机械加工的一个重要组成部分，模具作为高质量、高效率的产品生产工具，应用十分广泛。本设计针对一压盖的多工位级进模，详细的介绍了其设计过程。 首先，根据设计零件的尺寸、材料、成产批量等要求，首先分析零件的工艺性，确定冲裁工艺方案及模具结构方案。然后通过工艺设计计算，确定排样，计算冲压力和压力中心，初选压力机，计算凸、凹模刃口尺寸和公差，最后设计选用零部件，绘制模具总装图。 关键词：冷冲压；模具；凸模；凹模； Abstract Material cold stamping is a crucial part of mechanical manufacture and tooling is widely used as a high quality and high efficiency production tool during stamping.
