谷阳商办楼设计 Design Of GuYang Commercial Office Builiding     摘 要 在实际工程中，混凝土框架结构是一种较为普通的结构形式，广泛应用于住宅，办公学校等公共建筑。本设计主要对5层商办楼的横向框架进行了设计。在本设计中，按照办公楼设计规范和其他相关规范，设计任务书的要求及地震、地质条件，实习观察等，设计该框架结构商办楼。按先进行建筑设计，再进行结构设计;先整体布局设计后局部节点计算设计的步骤。建筑设计内容：先根据功能分区及结构选型进行商办楼的初步设计，完成平面图，立面图，剖面图，建筑建筑设计总说明等。结构设计内容：结构选型及布置，对主要承重结构进行荷载计算，水平地震作用、恒载、活载作用下的弯矩、剪力、轴力计算，内力组合及分析、调幅、梁柱截面计算及配筋，楼梯楼板及基础的设计，完成结构施工图。 本设计充分结合了我四年来大学学的知识，使我了解了框架结构的设计过程，让我对这些年所学的专业知识和基本概念有了更深的理解。在设计中也让我更加了解了建筑方面的规范和软件，为我以后的工作打好了基础。 关键词：框架; 建筑设计; 结构设计; 内力组合及分析 Abstract In practical engineering, concrete frame structure is a more conventional structure, widely used in residential, office schools and other public buildings.In this design, in accordance with the building design specifications and other related specifications, the design requirements of the mission statement and earthquakes, geological conditions, practice observation, the design of the frame structure Commercial Office Building.
