摘 要 随着计算机技术的进步，信息化已成为整个社会的趋势。目前贷款规模已逐步扩大，贷款项目类别日益繁多，然而大部分高校助学贷款中心管理人员和统计人员仍主要使用传统的手工会计工具，采用这样的工作方式，使其工作量增大、效率降低、容易出错、及时性差、准确性差。基于上述背景，我们将构建一个基于RAD技术（快速应用开发）的学生助学贷款信息管理系统。它可以实现对学生信息和学生贷款信息的综合管理，对学校和银行的资金管理工作起到一定的帮助。 本文以东北电力大学为例，论述了学生助学贷款信息管理系统的主要问题，提出了构建一个基于RAD技术的学生助学贷款信息管理系统的方法，阐述了设计的思路，并对数据库和系统软件进行具体的设计。 本次系统的设计前台软件界面开发和功能实现采用可视化开发工具Borland C++ Builder6.0软件，后台数据库采用Microsoft Access 2003来创建一个学生助学贷款信息管理系统，即数据处理窗体。本系统分为三个模块，分别为：管理系统模块、学生信息管理模块和学生贷款信息管理模块。管理系统模块具有登录功能和用户密码修改的功能，学生信息管理模块具有学生信息修改与录入、查询学生信息和打印报表的功能，学生贷款信息管理模块具有贷款信息修改与录入、查询贷款信息和打印报表的功能。但要注意，只有管理员才具有修改学生信息和贷款信息的功能，普通用户可使用除此以外的其他功能。 关键词：Borland C++ Builder6.0；学生助学贷款信息管理系统；Access  ABSTRACT With the development of computer technology, information technology has become the trend of the whole society. Current loan scale has been expanded step by step, project categories of loans is different. However, most of the colleges and universities student loan center managers and statisticians still mainly use the traditional manual accounting tool, using this way of working, the workload increases, reducing efficiency, error prone, timeliness is poor, poor accuracy. Based on the above background, we will build a RAD based technology (rapid application development) of student student loan information management system.
