不同剂量血卟啉声动力对活体兔心肌生物学效应影响 李文章1 黄晶* 1刘地川1 吴奇1 黄如彬1 王志刚2 (重庆医科大学附属第二医院心血管内科，重庆400010） 摘要 目的：观察低强度聚焦超声激活静脉途径不同剂量的血卟啉(Hematoporphyrin,Hp)对活体兔心肌生物效应的影响, 为声动力(Sonodynamic therapy, SDT)消融心肌提供理论依据。 方法：把30只新西兰大白兔随机分为单纯血卟啉组（n=6，Hp）,单纯超声组（n=6,U） , 实验组（n=18，SDT）包括三个低，中，高剂量亚组。采用TTC染色，组织切片，电镜观察消融组织改变，并测量消融灶深度。 结果： Hp组对心肌无损伤作用，U组和低剂量实验组对心肌组织有至细胞变性坏死作用，高和中剂量组有明显的消融作用，消融最大长度和深度无统计学差异（4.12 ±0.12)㎜ VS (4.24±0.14）㎜，（1.25 ±0.32) ㎜ VS (1.3 ±0.43 )㎜ P 0.05。 结论：静脉途径血卟啉对心肌无损伤作用，低强度超声和小剂量血卟啉声动力对心肌有至变性坏死作用，2.5mg/kg血卟啉声动力对心肌消融为合适剂量。 关键词：超声　 消融　血卟啉　效应 　声动力 The research of biologic effect on rabits myocardium in vivo induced by different dosage hematoporphyrin sondynamic therapy Liwenzhang, Huang Jing, Liu Dichuan, et al Department of cardiology, ,2nd Hospitol Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University,Chongqing 400010 China [ Abstract ]: Objective To investigate biologic effect induced by low ultrasoud wave 基金项目：国家自然科学基金重点项目（No及面上项目（No 作者简介：李文章（1982-），男，汉族，四川遂宁人，在读硕士，医师，主要从事超声介入心脏病学方向研究，电话E-mail:liwenzhang2006@126.com *通讯作者：黄晶 电话E-mail huangjing2@ 作者单位：重庆医科大学附属第二医院心内科1 重庆市 400010 重庆医科大学影像研究所 2 activating diffirement dosage hematoporphyrin in vein and to apply sonodynamic ablation myocardium to theory basis .
