摘 要 水泥是建筑用胶凝材料，按化学组成可以分为硅酸盐水泥、铝酸盐水泥和硫铝酸盐水泥三大类。水泥是建筑行业的“粮食”，是建筑行业三大基本材料之一，在建筑事业中占有不可或缺的重要地位。目前水泥需求量达到一定的高峰期，对其质量要求越来越高，因此我们需不断的更新完善设备，提高技术含量，满足当今水泥要求的标准。 根据呼和浩特市地区因经济建设对水泥的需求量，本人进行了对日产2000t水泥煤磨车间设计。在物料、主机、热量、储库平衡计算的基础上选择了主要设备：破碎设备、分离设备、烧成设备、存储设备，风扫式球磨机，粗粉分离器，脉冲式袋式收尘器，高压离心机。确定了煤磨车间工艺布置。在整体设计中力争做到所选设备的利用率达到最佳，从而使得全厂的效益达到最大化。 本文在对设计过程详细描述的同时，也对设计结果进行了预测：本次设计的2000t/d水泥熟料的水泥厂具有环保节能、降耗、经济合理等优点。 关键词：水泥厂；平衡计算；煤磨车间；设备选型  Abstract Cement is a kind of cementations material for construction. It can be divided into Portland cement, aluminates cement and sulfur Cement according to the chemical composition. Cement is the food of the construction industry, and also one of the three basic materials, it occupies so important position in building business that cannot be lacked. At present the demand of cement is at the peak, in respect to quality we have more and more requirements for it. So we need to constantly update the equipment and make it more perfect, improve technology content, meet the standards it demands in these days. According to the demand of cement at Hohhot,2000t clinker/d coal grinding workshop was designed ,at the basis of the material,main machines heat balance ,balance of stockpile,wind sweep coal grinder, bin and bunker classifier, air case pulse-jet style baghouse filter, high pressure eccentric blowers. We determined the main machines and technology arrangement. Technology design of coal grinding was determined.In the overall design effort to make the best utilization of the selected device, allowing the whole plant to maximize efficiency. At the time of a detailed description and the design , the paper also forecasts the result of the design:the design of a 2000t/d cemen clinken’s cement has inadvevntage of environmental probection energy saving,consumption reduction economic rationality and so on.
