·405 · Chinese Journal of Otology Vo1.14,No.3 , 2016 ·临床研究 · MEDPOR 在肋软骨已钙化患者耳廓再造术中的应用 宋春琼 敖健飞 北京市中关村医院整形美容外科（北京100190） 【摘要】目的探讨对于肋软骨已发生钙化的先天性小耳或后天性耳缺损患者 ，以MEDPOR 作为再造耳廓支架 的可行性。方法 手术分为2 期，1期是在残耳后埋置皮肤软组织扩张器，扩张皮瓣或瘢痕瓣。2 期是以扩张皮瓣、 耳后乳突区皮下筋膜瓣、残耳、MEDPOR 支架、中厚皮片移植行耳廓再造术。自2009 年1月2014 年1月，以此种 方法行耳廓再造术34 例，男性23 例，女性11例，年龄32 岁-61 岁，均为单侧耳廓再造。结果 34 例耳均顺利完成二 期耳廓再造手术。术后随访时间，最短2 年，最长5 年7 个月，形态令人满意，支架无外露发生。结论 对于肋软骨已 发生钙化的先天性小耳或后天性耳缺损患者，MEDPOR 支架是较为适合的再造耳廓支架材料。 【关键词】耳廓再造; 肋软骨钙化; 多孔高密度聚乙烯（MEDPOR） 【中图分类号】R764.71 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-2922 （2016 ）03-405-3 Medpor as Framework for Auricle Reconstruction in Patients With Calcified Rib Cartilage SONGChunqiong,AOJianfei DepartmentofPlasticandCosmeticSurgery,ZhongguancunHospital,Beijing100190,China Corresponding author: SONGChunqiong Email:schqiong@163.com 【Abstract 】Objective To investigate the possibility of utility of Medpor framework in ear reconstruction when fac- ing rib cartilage calcification in patients with congenital or acquired microtia. Methods Ear reconstruction was completed in two stages. In the first stage, an expander was implanted behind the remnant ear. The skin or scar flap was formed after a period of expansion. In the second stage, the expanded flap, the fascia flap in the mastoid area, the remnant ear, a Me- dorpor framework and split-thickness skin graft were utilized to reconstruct the ear.
