成都体育学院 硕士研究生学位论文 题目： 新农村建设下四川省农村体育现状与 对策分析——以四川省仁寿县为例 培养单位： 经济管理系 姓 名： XXXXXX 学 号： XXXXXXXXXX 一级学科： 体育学 专 业： 体育人文社会学 研究方向： 体育产业与管理 导师姓名： XXXXXXX 二○一二 年 三 月 二十 日 新农村建设下四川省农村体育现状与对策分析 ——以四川省仁寿县为例 专业：体育人文社会学 研究生：XXXXX 指导教师：XXXX 摘要：在新时期、新形势下，新农村建设的提出是党和政府为了实现全面建设小康社会的目标而实施的一项重大战略。在新农村建设的时代背景下，四川省的农村发展促进了农村体育建设，而农村体育的发展也推进了新农村建设。 由于调查条件所限，本研究以新农村建设背景下的仁寿县农村群众体育和农村学校体育为主要研究对象，采用文献资料法、逻辑演绎法、比较分析法、实地访谈法、问卷分析法等研究方法。在我国农村体育发展现状分析基础上，对农村学校体育的现状进行调查，通过调查分析四川省仁寿县农村体育在新农村建设下的发展状况，了解其弊端，寻找其优势，探讨在新农村建设的大背景下如何使四川省农村体育得到更好的发展，实现四川省农村体育的大发展，促进社会主义新农村建设。通过研究，初步得出以下结论： 1、新农村建设对农村体育发展提供了机遇，农村体育得到了发展。 2、农村体育发展也利于新农村文化建设的发展。 2、农村体育的发展仍有所落后，影响的因素包括：农民体育意识淡薄、农村体育场地设施薄弱、农村社会体育指导员稀缺、学校体育师资力量不足、学校体育教育经费投入不足等。 对策与建议: 由于经济社会发展条件有限，人们意识转变有个过程。农村体育的发展需要处理好轻重缓急，抓好重点带动其他。以学校体育为重点，培养一代新人,培养体育人才，推动体育活动开展.根据居住环境变化对其他人群相对集中的地方，配置器材加强引导指导，转变观念，逐步推广提升整体水平。 关键词：新农村建设；农村体育；四川省；仁寿县  Abstract: In the new situation of the new period, the proposal of new rural construction is a significant strategy that the government and the party implement to realize the goal of constructing well-off society. Under the background of new rural construction, the development of rural areas of Sichuan province promotes rural sports construction, while rural sports development motivates the construction of new rural areas. By using methods of documents, logic deduction, comparative analysis, interview, questionnaire and others, this research sets rural school sports of Renshou County under the background of new rural construction as the main research object.
