轻工业学院 本（专）科毕业设计（论文） 题 目 超市进销存管理系统设计 学生姓名 专业班级 计算机应用技术 学 号 院 （系） 指导教师（职称） 完成时间 2010年06月30日 超市进销存管理系统设计 摘 要 零售企业将降低成本的焦点已经越来越多的集中到了商品库存管理上，希望通过科学的商品库存管理使企业注入新的活力，增强企业的竞争能力。因此如何提高库存效率从而提高企业竞争力是当前我国零售企业的工作重心，搞好商品库存管理无疑是其关键所在。 管理专家说，库存是万恶之首。库存占用了大量的流动资金，影响着企业的资金运转效率，掩盖了企业的隐患。一旦库存水平下降，掩盖的问题开始显露，企业将陷入困境。对于多数企业来讲，库存管理作为经营管理的重要组成部分，其成功的关键在于库存管理体系建立的科学性，库存控制体系设计是建立现代企业库存管理系统的核心之一。如何设计和建立一套科学的、符合中国国情以及适应企业战略发展需要的库存管理系统，对商业零售企业特别是刚刚起步的私营企业来说，是一个全新而重大的课题。而对于小型超市企业而言，其库存又因低效率的信息传递系统问题、不准确的交货状态、忽视不确定性对库存的影响、策略简单化等特点，使库存管理更加难以进行。 本文第一部分对当前国内超市的库存管理现状，国内和未来发展趋势进行了阐述和分析，并简要说明了课题研究的基本思路、主要内容与关键问题。第二部分主要分析了国内小型超市的特征及对库存管理的影响，小型超市库存管理存在的问题和国内小型超市库存管理状况，提出了课题研究的问题。第三部分通过对库存管理理论的研究及小企业库存管理特点，提出了基于小型超市的库存管理系统。 关键词： 小型超市 库存管理 资金周转 分类管理 盘点SUPERMARKET PURCHASE-SELL-STOCK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DESIGM ABSTRACT Retail businesses will focus on cost reduction has been more and more concentrated in the management of commodity stocks, hoping through scientific inventory management of goods to enable enterprises to inject new vitality, enhance their competitiveness.
