UCP600 comply with the many changes occurring in international trade, through the UCP500 changes, designed to promote the credit business. In the letter of credit containing terms of charter party bills of lading, commercial fraud uncommon. This requires commitment to pay the ultimate responsibility of the Issuing Bank does not affect the letter of credit on the basis of a flexible and efficient to maintain due vigilance and guard against the corresponding risks.
