城市规划对城市经济发展的影响分析 ——以临沂市为例 摘要 城市规划是一定时期内城市发展的战略部署，是城市各项建设和管理的依据，城市规划和城市经济发展关系密切，一座城市建设的好坏与城市的规划有很大关系，科学合理的城市规划有助于城市经济的顺利推进。城市规划在很大程度上决定了城市的发展方向，在宏观和微观两个方面都对城市的经济发展起到了指导的作用，而城市经济的发展也对城市规划有一定的指导作用，两者是相互依存和相互制约的。随着国家经济与城市化的快速发展，城市规划已成为实现城市经济和社会发展目标的关键环节，城市的规划也逐渐加大了力度，城市规划在城市发展的过程中占据了重要的地位。本文使用定性分析的方法，通过阐述我国城市经济发展规划的理论基础，进而分析城市规划对城市经济发展所起的作用，随后阐述临沂市城市规划中存在的问题，并提出了相应的城市规划建议。 关键字：城市规划；城市发展；临沂 Abstract Urban planning is the strategic deployment of urban development in a certain period of time. It’s also the basis for the construction and management of city. Urban planning and urban economic development are closely related, a city construction quality and urban planning have great relationship, scientific and rational urban planning have contributed to the smooth progress of the urban economy. Urban planning in a large extent determines the direction of urban development, guiding the citys economic development in both macro and micro aspects. The development of urban economy also have a guiding role on urban planning, both interdependence and mutual restraint. With the rapid development of national economy and urbanization, urban planning has become crucial to the realization of the urban economy and social development. Urban planning also gradually increase the intensity of the, occupying the important position in the process of urban development. This article uses the qualitative analysis method. Through the elaboration of the theoretical basis of urban planning of economic development in China, it analyzes the role of urban planning to urban economic development, then elaborates the problems existing in the urban planning in Lin Yi City, and puts forward some suggestions on the corresponding urban planning.
