Research on knowledge Innovation and Transfer Based on knowledge Supply Chain 1.WU Jie 2.LIU Si-feng Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautic, Nanjing, P.R.China, 210016 Abstract In the knowledge era, the improvement of organization interest mainly depends on knowledge supply chain that is a process in which knowledge is given to employee who needs such knowledge to solve problem. In this paper, the essence of knowledge innovation process is discussed, it is a knowledge stream including three phrases +, that is knowledge creation, transfer and application. Through the research on concept, characteristics, management principle of knowledge supply chain and the level of knowledge transfer, the advantage and feasibility of the union of industry, study and research based on knowledge supply chain is analyzed. Key words Knowledge supply chain, Knowledge transfer, Union of industry, Study and research 1 Introduction In the era when uncertainty becomes the only assured factor, the advantage source of organization competition comes from knowledge and its management. Because of the organic performance of knowledge, knowledge management is not a static process, but a dynamic and developing one. The improvement of organization interest mainly depends on knowledge supply chain that is a process in which knowledge is given to employee who needs this knowledge to solve problem. The knowledge chain of organization is a kind of embodiment that organization overcome inertia and rigescent management culture to quickly adapt to outside change, as well as the cognitive strength of organization. The difference of organization not only lie in the quality and quantity of absorbed knowledge, but also the recycling speed of knowledge chain which just represent the dynamic character of recycling knowledge stream in organization, it depends on the three phrases, and with an eye to combination of knowledge and action that is very pivotal to keep competition advantage and increase
