基于PLC自动控制的污水处理系统毕业设计文章.doc

摘 要 目前，我们国家的大多数污水自动处理系统水平不高、安全性较低，管理系统不当，效率普遍低于世界标准。污水自动处理系统中的曝气过程控制、数据通讯和监控管理是需要急切解决的主要问题。我国的污水自动处理系统还相对落后，污水处理成本居高不下，污水厂排放处理过的水质很不稳定，所以如何建立有效的自动处理系统，优化运行效果，减少运行的费用，具有重要的意义。 本论文设计主要研究污水自动处理系统的PLC控制系统，并介绍了工厂污水自动处理的基本工艺和流程，并通过研究设计基于PLC自动控制的污水处理系统，文章中首要文章首先介绍了基于PLC污水处理控制系统的工艺及相关流程，控制系统硬件结构及设计、工作原理以及设计PLC控制系统的基本原则和步骤，来说明PLC在污水处理过程中的应用。先根据污水处理要求设计了设备的电器控制与自动控制线路，主要包括设备的启停、状态信号故障信号等，最后按照工艺要求设计PLC控制系统，其中包括PLC的选型、系统资源配置以及按照污水处理工艺编制PLC程序。 关键字：污水自动处理 PLC 工艺流程  ABSTRACT At present, most of the automatic sewage treatment system in our country level is not high, low security, improper management system, efficiency is generally lower than the world standard. Sewage aeration process control in the automatic processing system, data communication and management is need urgently to solve the main problems. Automatic sewage treatment system in our country is relatively backward, sewage treatment cost remains high, sewage plant, treated water quality is not very stable, so how to establish an effective automatic processing system, optimal operation effect, reduce the cost of operation, has the vital significance. This paper designs the main research wastewater automatic processing system of PLC control system, and introduces the technology and process of automatic sewage treatment plant, and through the study design based on PLC automatic control of sewage treatment system, the article first this paper introduces the sewage treatment control system based on PLC technology and related processes, control system hardware structure and design, working principle and design of PLC control system, the basic principles and steps to illustrate the application of PLC in sewage treatment process. First according to the requirements of sewage treatment design the electric control equipment and automatic control circuit, including equipment start-stop, state signal fault signal, etc., according to requirement of process design of PLC control system, finally including PLC type select
