Playing sports teaches people more lessons about the life? I still remember my first PE lesson. My teacher told us that sport was charming, because it concluded all the essence in the lives. As we all know, playing sports can keep us health. But the things we get from sports are not only strong bodies, but also lots of theories of lives. The first thing we learn from sports must be the team spirit. When we are playing sports, such as football or basketball, we can learn that no one can win the game without teammates or partners. Even the greatest basketball players Michael Jordan who has won 14 MVPs, 6 championships of NBA Final match and 2 championships of Olympics games, he still need his teammates, because he cannot win a game of 5 players by himself. Just like a company, maybe there is a great leader, but he still need to work with his partners to finish their works together. So the cooperation should be the first quality that we can learn from the sports. Sports can always teach us the importance of persistence. Even the 3-year-old children know that doing sports can keep us health, but can we just do sports one time and covet healthy bodies? No, definitely not. If we really want to have strong bodies or slim figures, we should let doing sport become a necessary part of our daily lives. Whatever how hard it is, we need to carry out our plans persistently.
