摘 要 本次设计是忻州窑矿11#、14#煤层，煤层厚度分别为6.2m、2.3 m，煤层间距为17m。据井田外围资料调查该井田为高瓦斯矿井，上组煤瓦斯涌出量平均为14.24m3/t，下组煤平均为35.22 m3/t。煤层均有爆炸危险性。煤的自然倾向等级为不易自燃。根据矿井涌水量预测，该矿井正常涌水量为2300m3/d，。大同矿区位于晋北，地跨大同、左云、右玉、山阴等五个县市。忻州窑矿位于大同煤田东北端，距大同市17.5Km，距口泉站5.3Km。井田内有五九公路贯穿，交通方便。采用立井开拓，主、副立井及风井的断面分别为33.2m2、19.625 m2、9.073 m2。井田开拓方式为斜立井、石门双水平开拓，共开掘有四个进风井（新副井、大斜井、主井、排矸立井）和两个回风井（东盘区风井和西盘区风井）。井田共划分有两个盘区，开采煤层有11#、14#，目前矿井生产区队设置有：两个综放队和五个机掘队。 矿井达产时的首采工作面位于一号盘区，该盘区划分为11个条带，工作面长度为120m，推进长度为1203m，回采工艺采用综合机械化后退式采煤法，采用“四六制”作业制度。采空区采用全部跨落法管理顶板。 关键词：矿井开拓、采煤方法、综合机械化采煤。 Xinzhou kiln ore mine pit mining design Abstract: Wants this design is Xinzhou kiln ore 11#, the 14# coal bed, coal bed thickness respectively is 6.2m, 2.3 m, the coal bed spacing is 17m.According to the well field periphery material investigates this well Tian Weigao the gas mine pit, on the group coal gas gushes out the quantity is equally 14.24m3/t, gets down the group coal is equally 35.22 m3/t.
