物流管理专业XX企业物流管理模式研究精选.docVIP

摘 要 企业的物流管理水平关系到生产成本的高低、影响着企业的经济效益，如今已经发展成为企业的一个重要竞争要素。我国国民经济的迅猛发展，迅速加大了对钢铁产品的需求，钢铁产能的提高为钢铁物流提供了巨大的发展空间，同时也对钢铁物流提出了更高的要求。如何加快现代钢铁物流的进程，逐步使钢铁企业物流趋于合理化，降低物流成本，以适应日趋激烈的国际市场的竞争，这是值得钢铁物流企业思索和研究的重大课题。 本论文首先对现代物流管理的基本理论进行了深入的分析，并介绍了国内外有关现代企业物流管理的一些观点。然后对XX企业物流管理的现状进行分析，指出了存在的问题。接着对国内外诸如日本花王公司、美国沃尔玛公司、海尔集团、KWH大连公司等公司的物流管理进行了研究，同时借鉴上述公司的先进经验对XX企物流管理存在的问题提出了改进策略。 关键词：物流管理；降低成本；合理化；钢铁企业 Abstract Logistics management company related to the high and low production costs, affecting the economic efficiency of enterprises, and now has become an important competitive factor enterprise.
