C350-Construction Works for Taipa Central Section of Macao LRT Phase1 Predrilleing Work Scheme Date： Feb 27rd 2012 1. Introduction The foundation work for Taipa Central Section of Macao LRT Phase1 includes Bored Pilling PHC pile Mini steel pile According to the design requirement, predilling should be commenced before pilling and pile cap construction. There are 107 predrilling holes for site investigation. Location shows as below: 2. Investigation requirement 2.1 Distribution of the 107 predrilling holes has to follow the design plan. The soil sample and report should be ready for developer design the length of bored pile. 2.3 Location of each predilling hole must follow the coordinate showed in work drawings, and elevation of each hole must be recorded. 2.4 All kinds of excavated soil,gravel and rocks must be transported to the approval dumping area. 2.5 The predrilling holes layout, geology histograms and the core photo must be carried out. 3. Preparation work The preparation work is divided into technical and construction part. Technique for preparing mainly refers to the predrilling program preparation, technical quality of disclosure, predrilling quality control and project technology personnel arrangement and coordination.
