摘 要 本文研究了溶剂萃取法从粉煤灰精制液中提取钪的工艺参数优化，所得强酸性待液使用偶氮胂（Ⅲ）分光光度法进行钪含量测定。考察了萃取剂种类、酸洗时间、酸洗浓度、萃取相比、协同萃取等因素，对粉煤灰精制液提钪过程的影响。实验结果表明，酸洗时间以90s为益，酸浓度为9mol/l，有机相水相比为3：1，TBP为10%，加入协同萃取剂后对钪的萃取效果有抑制作用。关键词：钪萃取TBP；P204；P507  Abstract This paper studies the solvent extraction from coal fly ash refined liquid extracting scandium process parameter optimization, the strongly acidic stay liquid using azo arsine (Ⅲ) spectrophotometric method to determine content of scandium.
