Review the engineering scope with team and get buy in. Review the WP with team and get buy in. Initiate the first design phase. Publish the Programming Report. * ACTIVITIES Publish meeting notes. Initiate development of the package list. Initiate development of the project schedule. Initiate the Action Items List. Initiate the internal Needs List. Resolve any open CAD issues. * ACTIVITIES Initiate development of lists: equipment, systems, drawings, specifications, etc. Expedite preparation of front-end Procurement documents. Begin Division 0 and 1 specifications. Deal with any early DCNs. Maintain client relationship. * ACTIVITIES Promote team building. Establish design review practices. Establish a short term schedule to control the project until the overall schedule is published. Provide general guidance on design issues. Initiate subconsultant contracts. * ACTIVITIES Initiate code analysis and understanding of permit requirements. Set the quality standard for the project through what you say, do and publish.
