As an important part of service trade, Outsourcing has become a global trend. In order to reduce costs, improve performance and core competence, more and more enterprises make the non-core business outsourcing. China is the leading countries undertaking service outsourcing, the analysis of current situation of the development in service outsourcing and competitiveness are of great significance to China. In China, the scale of service outsourcing is small, the certifica- tion degree of outsourcing enterprise is not high, and the professional person of service outsourc- ing is in short. To strengthen the competitive power of the Chinese service outsourcing, the gov- ernment and enterprises should take corresponding countermeasures which are meaningful to provide reference for China to promote the development of service outsourcing.
