It is easy for people to obtain the information they want. On the other side, much inappropriate information on the internet was also spread everywhere, such as violence, drugs, pornography, and enmity. Furthermore, under no filter systems, the inappropriate information is more penetrative. Therefore, under the freedom of speech, the internet information exposed to the adolescents should be filtered .The rate of internet use in Taiwan is getting higher every year. Among these users, most of them are children and adolescents. Nevertheless, open internet environment contains many hidden threats. The issue of preventing children and adolescents from inappropriate information becomes one of important trends in internet security. At present, most filtering system focuses on violence and pornography information. The dilemma is that some legal and normal web pages would also be mistaken as violent-related or pornography-related content and then be filtered. The reason is that the system filters the contents by referring to violent-related and pornography-related words. To upgrade the accuracy of information filtering, this study, based on the Semantic web, builds up to distinguish the differences between the violent-pornography web pages and the normal web pages. This study also utilizes CKIP to separate words and sentences regarding to browsing contents, comparing to ontology knowledge database. Finally, the study calculates the data through weight analysis. This study tends to reduce the mistaken data by adopting CKIP to filter pornography information. Keyword: Semantic W
