The use of land ism ade from one-dmi ensional p lane to trid mi ensional space because of the specific characteristics of underground space. And it also extends the object of real estate evaluation from surface to the space and from top to bottom. Therefore, in recent years, the evaluation of underground space has becom e a hot spot for scholars to investigate. The dom estic and in ternational researches are review ed in three aspects of the trid-i m ensional land prices and land use, space right, evaluation of underground space, w hich laid a foundation for theo- retical study on land sell and 3-D land price evaluation.
