摘 要 进入2 1世纪，全球竞争日益激烈，并逐步演化为对人力资本的竞争，随着社会的进一步发展，我国的民营企业也如雨后春笋般进入快速发展的阶段。对于中小企业这个在经济大军中日益强大的群体，建立科学合理的招聘甄选体系至关重要。本文以连XX投资有限公司为例，结合民营招聘甄选的现状，对中小企业在招聘中的问题做了简要的分析并提出了相应的解决方法。 关键词：民营企业；人力资源管理；招聘 ABSTRACT Enter the twenty-first Century, the global competition is becoming increasingly fierce, and gradually evolved into the competition of human capital, along with the further development of society, the private enterprises in our country are like bamboo shoots after a spring rain to enter the stage of rapid development.
