指纹图像预处理算法设计与实现 摘 要 随着信息技术的和网络技术的发展，信息安全越来越引起人们的重视。为了保护自身的信息、资料以及财产的安全，许多场合都需要对使用者、来访者进行身份识别。基于指纹识别技术的身份识别系统以其独特的技术优势和成本优势正广泛被应用到各个场合。 目前指纹识别系统不足表现在:特征匹配效率较低;容易受伪特征点的影响导致匹配不准确;对模糊的图像无法准确识别等等问题。本文就指纹识别系统的图像处理进行系统地研究。指纹图像预处理是指纹识别的前提,它的好坏直接影响到指纹识别的成败，但由于指纹图像降质带来的困难,并根据指纹图像的特征提出了合理的假设，再根据假设提出了增强指纹图像的算法，这些算法处理效果好，能有效地解决指纹图像的预处理问题。 本文给出了用Matlab对指纹图像处理功能模块的算法实现及处理结果，主要包括 图像平滑，腐蚀、图像锐化、二值化，细化。用Matlab实现这种方法，既能分步对指纹图像预处理算法进行仿真测试，又可以很直观地看到图像预处理算法的效果。实验证明，用Matlab实现的处理结果比较理想，满足识别的应用性。 关键词：指纹图像预处理；图像增强；腐蚀；二值化；细化 Abstract With the development of information technology and network technology, information security has drawn increasing attention. In order to protect their own information, data and property, many occasions need to identify their visitors. The identification system, based on fingerprint recognition technology, with its unique technical advantages and cost benefits, are widely applied to various situations. However, the current fingerprint identification system has several problems: such as feature matching less efficient; easily be caused by influenced by false feature points matching, on the blurred images can not be accurately and so on. This paper will do a systematic study of most aspects of the fingerprint image processing system. Fingerprint image pre-processing is a prerequisite of fingerprint recognition, it will have a direct impact on the success of fingerprint recognition, fingerprint image degradation because of the difficulties caused by the characteristics of fingerprint images based on reasonable assumptions made, and made under the assumption that enhancement algorithm for fingerprint images, It can effectively solve the problem of fingerprint image preprocessing. This paper introduces a set of algorithm for preprocessing based on Matlab, gives the processing results of each functional module, mainly including image smoothing, corrosion， image sharpening, binarization, thinning.
