LABOR CONTRACT Party A : Address: Qingmeng Telephone: Legal Representative: Party B: Si Sheng Sex: male Current Residential Address: Qing Meng Domicile Address: Beijing Telephone: ID Number: According to the Labor Contract Law of PRC and relevant laws and regulations, Party A and Party B sign this contract on the basis of equality, free will and mutual consultation. Article 1: Term of Contract Fixed Term This contract will be effect from 23/09/2008 (date, month, year) to 23/09/2013 (date, month, year), included 3 months of probation period from 23/09/2008 (date, month, year) to 23/12/2008 (date, month, year). Non-fixed Term The contract will be terminated from × (date, month, year) to × (date, month, year), during which the probation period is × months (from × (date, month, year) to × (date, month, year)). Term with finished work The contract will be terminated when work is finished from × (date, month, year) to × (date, month, year). Article 2: Working Contents and Place 2.1 Party A emploies Party B as Project Manager in Project Departmentnt. Party A may legitimately adjust Party B’s post according to business requirements, Party B’s qualification and Party should obey without any reasonable reasons. Party B agrees to finish the work according to the job responsibilities that party identify. Article 3: Working Hours Party A carries out working hours according to relevant laws and regulations, and adjust the specific working hours for Party B because of job requirements. Party should obey this. 3.2 Because of the industry particularity of Party B, Party A can adjust working hours, shifts and rest day for Party B according to the job requirements and Party B should obey the related arrangement. Article 4: Remuneration 4.1 Party A pays RMB 1200 to Party B per month in probation period. After probation period, Party A pays Party B by the 3rd ways which are shown as follows: 1.
