北京工业大学毕业设计（论文）  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 46 北京高校及校园周边交通静稳化措施研究 交通工程 李赋宁 指导教师: 周雨阳  中文摘要 交通静稳化是城市居民最基本、最重要且和低碳的交通方式。但随着城市机动化的快速发展，机动车的数量在不断增长，校园也不例外，使得本该最应提倡交通静稳化的校园内缺乏安全性。严重阻碍了校园内人们的生活质量提升和学校魅力的展现。干扰了校园的日常教学秩序以及校园内生活出行的安全。 本文首先从整体介绍了交通静稳化系统的发展、目的，列出了交通静稳化设施的各种方法及其的应用效果的比较，对其在校园内的可行性进行了比较分析。 其次，通过对校园内人们日常学习生活及工作中出行的满意度的调查，结合交通静稳化方法，以安全、便捷、舒适为原则，正确处理校园内步行者与车辆、自行车与机动车之间的通行关系，实现校园内交通静稳化系统本身的协调。同时研究校园及校园周边交通设施设计不合理之处并提出对应的改造意见。 最后以北京工业大学为例，基于校园内行人活动特点及交通标志设计、安置现状提出了几点改建举措，以期完善工大校园内交通静稳化设施，从而为在校学生及教工提供和谐舒适的交通环境。 关键词：交通静稳化减速带交通安全意识等待忍耐度校园交通行人安全  Abstract Traffic Calming Measure is the most basic, important, healthy and low-carbon travel mode for urban residents.?However with the development of urban mobility rapidly, the number of motor vehicles in the growing, making which should be promoted to the lack of security within the transportation static stability of the campus.It became a serious impediment to enhancing the quality of school lifeand showing the school charm.Interfere with the day-to-day teaching order of the campus and campus life travel safety.
