青岛市居住郊区化的进程与对策研究.doc

摘 要 居住郊区化是指随着经济发展和城市化水平的提高，由于城市中心区地租昂贵、人口稠密、交通拥挤、环境恶劣等所形成的巨大推动力，促使市中心人口外迁而形成的相对于中心区而言的居住外迁现象。随着经济的发展，青岛市的居住郊区化也得到了长足的发展。但是，伴随着居住郊区化的发展，出现了种种不良现象和问题。对此，只有充分掌握青岛市居住郊区化发生发展的根源，找出主要动力因素，并以此为出发点对居住郊区化过程中存在的各种弊端和问题进行分析，才能因势利导，找出合适的对策，最大限度的发挥居住郊区化带来的优势，促进居住郊区化的健康发展。 关键词:居住郊区化,问题,动因,对策 Abstract Residential suburbanization is to point to with the development of economy and the improvement of urbanization, because the city center rent is expensive, densely populated, heavy traffic, such as environmental bad by the formation of the big driving force, prompting downtown population and formation flight relative to the live in central moved outside phenomenon. With the development of economy, the Qingdao city residential suburbanization also get the considerable development. But, with the development of the residential suburbanization, there were various bad phenomena and problems.
