再生能源商機之研究 白 宏 堯 建國科技大學 人事室 摘 要 再生能源(綠色能源)是指來源不虞匱乏的能源，期讓人類於地球上永續發展，再生能源是必須的。「再生能源」產業的發展趨勢，依據產業分析專家估計，未來五年約可成長13倍，2020年規模上看1.9兆美元；又根據國際能源(IEA)預測，全世界從2003年到2020年之投資金額，太陽能將成長約9.9倍，風力將成長約7.2倍，生質能將成長約2.9倍，而低耗能科技(如發光二極體LED)之投資機會亦已逐漸浮現，綠色能源產業景看好。 筆者統計近三年剪報資料(2004年10月初至2007年10月底止)，觀察相關資訊受報紙報導次數(合計598篇)，可以協助吾人了解市場熱絡情況，如表1及圖1所示。另外，筆者利用「再生能源」相關授課激發學生相關創意，整理如表2所示。文末為結論及建議，建議我國宜加速能源多元化之科技研發、節約能源、持續加強環保及從教育紮根做起，國家經濟與科技發展才有先進能源優勢，人民生活才能更健康、富裕及幸福。 關鍵詞：再生能源、能源趨勢、成本與商機、能源多元化A Study on the Market Opportunities of Renewable Energies and Encouragement of the Undergraduates’ Original Ideas through Teaching in Energy-Related Courses Pai, Hung-Yao Department of Electrical Engineering, Office of Personnel Chienkuo Technology University, Taiwan Abstract The renewable energies (green energies) are the energies that are not short of supply. For the sustainable development of human kind on the earth, the renewable energies have to be paid much attention. The trends of the renewable energies industry, according to the industry analyst’s estimation, it will grow up 13 times in the coming 5 years, and the scale will approach 1.9 trillion U.S. dollars. And according to the International Energy Agency’s (IEA) estimation, the investing money from 2003 to 2020 year, the solar energy will grow up about 9.9 times, the wind power will grow up about 7.2 times, the biomass energy will grow up about 2.9 times, and the investment opportunities of light emitting diode (LED) etc. will also increase. The perspective on the green energies industry is optimistic. The author gathered the newspaper data from Octber 2004 to Octber 2007, and observed the report frequencies of the renewable energies (598 pieces). The statistics can help us to understand the situations of the hot markets of renewable energies that are shown in Table 1 and Figure 1.
