TPU相关知识 热塑性弹性体按其构成方式可分成两大类：⑴嵌段共聚物类（苯乙烯系、共聚酯、聚氨酯、聚酰胺），⑵热塑性塑料-弹性体共混物及合金类（热塑性聚烯烃和热塑性硫化物）。这两类TPE均为两相体系，其中热塑性塑料硬相通过化学或力学的方式与弹性体软相锁接在一起，因此TPE具有两相的综合性能。 常见的TPE品种有：苯乙烯系（SBC或S-TPE）、烯烃系（TPO）、动态硫化合金 (TPV)、共聚酯系（TPEE或COPE）、氯乙烯系（TPVC）、聚氨酯系（TPU）、聚酰胺系（TPAE）。 热塑性弹性体具体可分为： ⑴苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体（Styrenic thermoplastic elastomer）； ⑵聚烯烃类热塑性弹性体（Polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer）； ⑶聚氨酯类热塑性弹性体（Themoplastic Polyrethane elastomer）； ⑷聚酯类热塑性弹性体（Thermoplastic polyester elastomer）； ⑸聚酰胺热塑性弹性体（Polyamide thermoplastic elastomer）； ⑹乙烯共聚物热塑性弹性体（Ethylene copolymer thermoplastic elastomer）； ⑺1,2聚丁二烯热塑性弹性体（Thermplastic 1,2-poly-butadiene
