苎麻剥麻机设计【毕业论文+CAD图纸全套】.doc

摘 要 苎麻剥麻机是将麻类纤维从鲜麻杆上剥离，并去除麻骨壳的机械。该机型适用于苎麻剥制，主要技术原理是受农村“压面机、手工刮麻、洗麻”的启示，利用了苎麻茎杆木质部、韧皮部和表皮等组成的不同物理机械特性，创新设计了双滚轧刀互向可调式齿轮装置，达到了整机设计合理，结构紧凑，工作可靠，实用新型，效果突出的目的。该剥皮机包括机架、喂料斗、带刀片的双滚筒及带动剥麻滚筒旋转的动力传动调节装置等。苎麻剥皮机通过一系列的连续动作如挤压、弯折、打击等，一次实现剥麻机对麻茎的剥制，减轻剥麻的劳动强度。苎麻剥皮机的推广，使机械剥麻代替人工剥麻，提高劳动生产率，降低生产成本，给麻农带来巨大的经济效益，促进苎麻产业的迅速发展。 关 键 词: 苎麻苎麻剥麻机； 结构设计；计算校核 ABSTRACT Ramie peeling machine is a Machinery Stripping hemp fiber from the alchornea defibrase and remove ramie epidermal.
