捷運技術半年刊 第 35 期 95 年 8 月 193 捷運機廠規設理念及相關維修設備 1 2 李萬億 蘇培坤 摘 要 捷運系統之營運績效端賴各個捷運子系統間彼此有效與成功之支援與整合，並創造和 諧、連續、高可靠度及高可用率的運轉成果；捷運機電系統則共包括電聯車、號誌、供電、 通訊、自動收費、環境控制、機廠維修設備及水電等子系統，要保持平日正常、優越的營運 效率，除了各子系統設備之精良設計、優良製造品質及正確精準操作外，更須有強而充足之 後勤支援，而這一切除了要有卓越的維修軟體資源外，更須仰賴完整適用之維修硬體設備。 關鍵詞：電腦數值控制、電腦輔助設計/製造、美國標準資訊交換碼、程式語言碼 MRT System Depot Planning and Construction Concepts and Related Maintenance Equipment Bob W Lee Pei-Kun Su Abstract The Mass Rapid Transit system（MRT’s ）operational performance fully depends on the efficient integration and backup of its subsystems, which creates service that is highly synchronized, continuous and reliable. The MRT’s Electrical and Mechanical system is composed of Electrical Multiple Units, （EMUs ）signaling, power supplies, communications systems, automatic fare collection, environmental control, depot maintenance facilities and Environmental Control System （ECS ）etc., that ensure routine and quality service. In addition to the excellent design of all subsystem equipment, manufacturing quality and precise operations are a must. Furthermore, a strong logistical support system is required. The entire system requires outstanding maintenance software, but is even more dependent on suitable maintenance hardware.
