王小郢污水处理厂设计说明书 小组成员：周海祥、林子健、仇进升、尹灵芝、罗杏仪、区锐成、吴雅斯、谭楚欣、文滔 指导老师：方战强、张延霖 摘 要 随着经济快速发展和城市化程度越来越高，中心城区和小城镇建设步伐不断加快，城市污水对城区及附近河流的污染也越来越严重。为了改善人民的生活环境，各地政府大力投入资金，力图改变现今水体的水质。 本设计为一座二级处理城市污水处理厂，要求对其主要污水处理构筑物的工艺尺寸进行设计计算，确定污水厂的平面布置和高程布置。最后完成设计计算说明书和设计图。污水处理水量为，。污水水质：，，，，，。该厂处理后的污水排进南淝河，最终流进巢湖，因巢湖现在污染较为严重，为实现国务院的碧水蓝天计划，污水处理厂的排水必须达到以下指标：，，，，，。其对应的去除率为，，，，，。 通过研究该城市污水的特点，在参照国内外运用工艺处理城市污水的成功经验的基础上，由于工艺流程能将、SS和以各种形式存在的氮和磷一并去除，而在占地、出水水质方面均满足本工程需要，故本工程拟采用工艺。基本工艺流程为：格栅沉砂池厌氧池缺氧池好氧池缺氧池好氧池二沉池消毒接触池出水。 本设计的污水处理工艺选择phoredox（改良的Bardenpho）除磷脱氮工艺，经处理后，污水的主要污染指标全部达到排放标准的要求。污泥处理工艺选择中温厌氧消化处理，能达到污泥稳定的目的。 关键词：城市污水，工艺，脱氮除磷 Abstract With the rapid growth of the economy and increasing urbanization, urban area and small towns are speeding up their construction rate.As a result,urban sewage have a much greater influence on the nearby river.In order to improve living conditions, local governments are making great efforts to try to change the current water quality. Our work is about a secondary treatment of municipal sewage treatment plant, we are required to design and calculate the size of main sewage treatment construction and to figure out the plant layout and elevation layout of sewage treatment plant.Base on our previous work, we finalize the design manual and drawings.The capacity of disposal Qaverage, Qmaximum.The quality of sewage water：,,,,,.The treated water is discharged into Feinan river,and finally down to Cao lake.Since lake pollution is more serious now and for the realization of blue sky plan proposed by the State Council,the discharged water from the plant must meet the following requirements: ，，，，，。The Corresponding removal rate : ，，，，，。 By studying the characteristics ofcity sewage and based on the successful experience both home and abroad on adopting the process,we find out that process can remove 、SS and all kinds of nitrogen and phosphorus all together,besides,the size of the plant and quality of discharged water can meet the requirement.So we decided to adopt the process.B
