毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 18 毕 业 论 文 2010届 工程设计阶段的工程造价控制 学生姓名 学 号 院 系 工学院土木系 专 业 工程管理 指导教师 完成日期 2010-5-30 工程设计阶段的工程造价控制 摘 要 在设计阶段影响设计方案选择的因素较多，设计者的灵活性也较大。往往一个项目可以有多个建筑方案，但一个先进的设计方案，一方面是应具有技术上的先进性，同时还必须与其他方案相比具有更好的经济性。设计阶段投资控制的核心任务就是寻求技术与经济的最佳结合点，而控制工程造价最有效的手段就是做到技术与经济相结合。 本文针对工程造价管理的现状和存在的问题，在深入分析设计阶段影响工程造价因素的基础上，结合设计阶段控制工程造价的特点，提出了有效地控制设计阶段工程造价的途径和方法。通过对柯桥世贸名流商务写字楼设计方案优化的案例分析，对进一步完善设计阶段工程造价控制提出了一些有益的建议和控制措施。 关键词 造价控制；结构设计；优化设计；设计方案 PROJECT COST CONTROL OF ENGINEERING DESIGN PHASE ABSTRACT In the design phase, many factors may influence the selection of design schemes, and the flexibility of designers are also great. A project can have multiple construction plans. However, an advanced design, on the one hand, should have technical advancement. And it must be with better economy when compared with other schemes on the other hand. The core mission of the investment control in the design phase is to seek the best combination of technical and economic. And the most effective means to control the engineering cost is the combination of technology and economy. In this paper, aim at the status of cost management and problems. Based on depth analysis of cost factors that influence the engineering design phase, it proposed effectively ways and means to control the cost when combining the features of control project cost in the design stage. Through analyzing the case of Shi Mao Ming Liu Business Office in Keqiao, the cost control of design stage is further improved and some useful suggestions and control measures are presented.
