An offer must be addressed to one or more specific persons.发盘必须向一个或一个以上特定的人提出。 2. The contents of an offer must be sufficiently definite.发盘的内容必须十分确定。 3. With the indication that the offer is binding upon the offeror.表明发盘对发盘人有约束力。 4. An offer comes into effect only when it reaches the offeree.发盘必须送达受盘人才能生效。 Validity time of an offer 发盘的有效期 1. In case that the validity time is specified definitely in an offer, the offeree must make an acceptance within the stipulated time limit.
