摘 要 电力工业是生产、输送和分配电能的工业部门。电能的生产过程和消费过程是同时进行的，既不能中断，又不能储存，需要统一调度和分配。它为工业和国民经济其他部门提供基本动力，随后在条件具备的地区建设了一批大、中型水电站，是国民经济发展的先行部门。变电站是电力系统中的一个重要环节，它的运行情况直接影响到电力系统的可靠、经济运行。而一个变电站运行情况的优劣，在很大程度上取决于其二次设备的工作性能。本设计说明书主要对企业35KV的变电所进行重新设计。依据供电规则，着重解决了负荷统计、变电所主结线方案的选择、进出线的选择、变电所所址的选择、主变压器的台数和容量的选择、短路计算及开关设备的选择、继电保护的选择与整定、防雷保护与接地装置的设计等问题，并结合地区的供电规则和工程实际情况选择出最合适的方案及参数、各种设备型号及容量。本设计还参考了老师推荐的参考书和其它一些国内外比较经典的文献。 关键字：电力工业；设计说明书；变电所 Abstract Power industry is a industrial sector which includes production ,transmission and distribution. Electricity production and consumption process are at the same time, both can not be interrupted and stored. They are required unified scheduling and allocation. Power industry can provide basic power for the industry and other sectors of the national economy, and then a number of large and medium-sized hydropower stations are built in the areas.It is the first sector of national economic development. Subtation is an important element in power system,its operation condition impacts the stabilization of power system derectly.The working condition of a substation largely depends on the secondary equipments of it. The design specification of the major enterprises is the 35 KV re-design. Rules based on power supply, focus on resolving a load statistics, the mainline for selection, choice, the choice of the site by the substation, the main capacity and the number of Taiwans choice, short-circuit calculation and the choice of switching equipment , Relay and the choice of setting, lightning protection and grounding equipment design and other issues, combined with the power of the actual situation of rules and choose the most appropriate solutions and various models and equipment capacity. This design also made some references to the recommendation of teachers and other reference books of home and abroad compared of classic literature.
