OPTIMIZATION STUDYON BALLASTSYSTEM FOR 7500TONS REVOLVINGDERRICK BARGEABSTRACTAstherapiddevelopmentofoffshoreoil,large-scalemarineengineeringandportconstruction,floatingcraneisincreasinglybecominganindispensabletoolforoceanengineering.However,withtheincreasingsizeoffloatingcranes,theirworkingstabilityhasbecomethefocusofourattention,whileafastandaccurateballastsystemwillbeakeyfactorinthestabilityadjustment.7500tonsfloatingcraneofZhenhuaPortMachineryhasbeenchosenasanobjectofstudy.Selectingtwokindsoftypicaloperatingconditions,fixedliftingandrotarylifting,thelawsofoptimizationofballasttankscanbeexploredwiththehelpofthetraditionalmulti-programcomparativeanalysisbyevaluatingthetotalballastcapacityandfiveparameters.Onthebasisofanalyzingtheformerdata,andconnectingtherelevantoptimizationtheory,numericalanalysismethodforoptimaldesignofballasttankshasbeenproposedwhichthenisappliedtore-optimizingthefloatingcrane.ThismethodisverifiedreasonableandfeasiblebysimulatingthetypicaloperatingconditionswithNAPA.Therefore,itcanberegardedasausefulmethodfordesignersattheinitialdesignstage.Moreover,theprincipleofoptimizationhasbeenfurtherdevelopedandsummarizedbyanalyzingthemathematicalmodeling.Finally,theoriginalpipinglayoutofballastsystemhasbeenanalyzedandsomesuggestionforimprovementcomestoconsideration.Acompleteautomationofballastcontrolsystemhasbeenbrieflydescribed.Furthermore,somesimpleideasforsubsystemdesignhavebeenputforward.KEYWORDS:RevolvingDerrickBarge,LargeScale,BallastSystem,BallastTanksOptimization,PipelineLayout,Multi-programComparativeAnalysis,NumericalAnalysisMethod,ControlandAutomation目录第一章绪论.............................................................................................................11.1 前言.................................................................................................................11.2 国内外起重船发展简介.................................................................................21.3 论文的主要工作...................................................
