2017-3-24 郭 胸腺五肽治疗肺结核并发真菌感染的疗效分析 高 阳 （四川省医学科学院?四川省人民医院 全科医学中心，四川 成都 610072） 【摘要】目的：探讨胸腺五肽治疗肺结核并发真菌感染的疗效分析。方法：将100例入选肺结核并发真菌感染的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。2组患者均常规采用抗结核化疗及抗真菌治疗，观察组在此基础上联合使用胸腺五肽肌肉注射。分别比较2组治疗1个月、2个月、6个月后的真菌治愈率，以及2组治疗6个月后的抗真菌总有效率以及不良反应。结果：治疗1个月、2个月、6个月后，观察组的真菌治愈率均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗6个月后，观察组抗真菌疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05），2组不良反应较轻。结论：结核并发真菌感染的患者在使用常规抗真菌药物治疗的基础上，加以胸腺五肽联合治疗，对真菌的治愈率和抗真菌疗效理想，不良反应轻，适宜临床推广。 【关键词】胸腺五肽；肺结核；真菌感染；疗效 【中图分类号】R521；R519 【文献标识码】A DOI:10.11851/j.issn.1673-1557.2017.03.0 Curative effect of thymopentin on pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with fungal infection GAO Yang (Center of General Practice, Sichuan Academy of Medical Sciences Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital，Chengdu 610072，China) 【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of thymopentin on fungal infection in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis(PTB). Methods: 100 PTB patients complicated with fungal infection were randomly divided into control group(50 cases) and observation group(50 cases). Both groups received routine antituberculosis and antifungus treatment, and the intramuscular injection of thymopentin was additionally applied in the observation group. The fungal recover rates after 1-, 2- and 6-month treatment, the total antifungus effective rate after 6-month treatment and the adverse reaction in both groups were compared between the two groups. Results: The observation group showed higher fungus recover rates after 1-,2- and 6- month treatment than the control group（all P＜0.05); the total antifungus effective rate of observation group was better than that of the control group（P＜0.05). Adverse reactions in both groups were mild. Conclusion: Routine antifungus treatment combined with thymopentin for pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with fungal infection can not only achieve ideal fungal recover rate and curative effect, but also has mild adverse reaction.
