结论1）Annexin Ⅱ的表达在非肿瘤肺组织中高于肺鳞癌，且Annexin Ⅱ表达降低与肺癌临床分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移、分化程度及吸烟有关。2）肺鳞癌中Annexin Ⅱ启动子高甲基化可能与Annexin Ⅱ表达水平下调存在负相关。关键词：肺鳞癌；Annexin Ⅱ；甲基化2TherelationshipamongtheexpressionofAnnexinⅡandmethylationofpromoterandlungsquamouscellcarcinomaABSTRACTObjective Research on the expression of Annexin Ⅱand lung squamous cellcarcinoma（LSCC）.Andanalyzethe relationshipbetween methylationofpromoterand mRNAexpression ofAnnexin Ⅱ.Methods All specimensof 45 ofLSCC, 18 ofnontumorous lungtissue (NLT)（,serveas normal control）were pathological confirmed and the expression level weredetectedbyimmunohistochemistryS-Pmethod，andthecorrelationbetweenthe expressionofAnnexinⅡ andclinicfactorsof LSCCwereanalysizedbySPSSsoftware.TheDNAandRNAwereextractedfrom6casesofbiopsyspecimensof LSCCand2casesofbiopsyspecimensofNLT,respectively.AndthemethylationofAnnexinⅡ weredetectedbyMethylmionSpecificPCR(PCR-MSP)andmRNAlevelweredetectedbyRT-PCR.Andanalysisthecorrelationbetweenmethylationof Annexin Ⅱ and the expression of mRNAofAnnexinⅡ in LSCC.Results1)ThepositiveratioofexpressionofAnnexinⅡwere68.9%(31/45)in LSCC,94.4%(17/18)inNLT.TheexpressionlevelofNLTwerehigherthanthatof LSCC.AndthereweresignificantlydifferencebetweenLSCCandNLT(P＜0.05).Thepositiveratio ofAnnexin Ⅱexpression were90%（9/10）、80.9%(17/21)、35.7%（5/14）inwell-differentiated,middle-differentiatedandpoor-differentiatedLSCC, respectively.And thereweresignificantlydifference amongthem(P＜0.05).2)TherewererelationshipamongtheexpressionofAnnexinⅡandclinicstage, lymph nodemetastasis,distant metastsis,differentiationdegreeandsmoking(P＜0.05), but withoutrelationship to agesandgender(P＞0.05).4)ThestateofAnnexinⅡ promoterwereunmethylationin2casesofNLTand well-differentiatedLSCC,andcomparedwithhighexpressionlevelofAnnexinⅡ mRNA；ThestateofAnnexinⅡ promoterwerepartlymethylationin2casesof middle-differentiatedLSCC,andcomparedwithlowerlevelofAnnexinⅡmRNA；3The state of Annexin Ⅱpromoter were high methylation in 2 cases ofpoorly-differentiatedLSCC,a
